Bhoomika Shivaraj

Bhoomika Shivaraj is a Junior Specialist with an interdisciplinary background in biomedical research and translational science. Her current work focuses on developing preclinical model systems to investigate tumor–neural interactions, with an emphasis on functional and electrophysiological approaches. Previously, she conducted research at the Gladstone Institutes studying neuroinflammation, traumatic brain injury, and immune cell interactions. Her research interests include understanding complex disease mechanisms and applying experimental model systems to advance translational research.
