My goal is to understand the correlation and outcomes of neurocognitive disorders and language deficits that occur due to different types of malignant brain tumors in different regions of the brain on a biological and clinical level. To drive this research, I test adult brain tumor patients by administering language and cognitive assessments before surgery, during surgery for awake cases and after surgery longitudinally.
