Research Interests: Gliomas, cancer neuroscience, glioma electrophysiology, neuron–tumor signaling, single-cell genomics, intraoperative brain mapping
My research investigates the electrophysiological properties of glioblastoma and how neuronal activity shapes tumor heterogeneity, plasticity, and infiltration. By integrating intraoperative electrocorticography (ECoG) with single-cell transcriptomics, computational modeling, and imaging, I aim to characterize how neuron–tumor signaling networks govern glioma behavior at the infiltrative margin, and to translate these electrophysiological and molecular signatures into improved surgical and therapeutic strategies.
